Blending the poetic and the playful, Man With A Corduroy Heart is an eclectic folk artist whose music mirrors life’s mundane beauty. Having only emerged at the end of 2023, he’s already created a buzz thanks to the release of several acclaimed singles spanning the folk, jazz and rock n roll realm, all with a dark twist of humour. Although a new artist, the man behind it, Ryan Davies, isn’t new to the scene having played with and produced other artists for 15 years. Now however he’s releasing his own music inspired by the tenderness of Chet Baker, the narrative depth of Cat Stevens, and Jarvis Cocker’s sharp wit.
